MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TPH Partners is pleased to announce the formation of EnWater Solutions, LLC (“EnWater”) through the combination of its existing water business in the Permian and assets acquired from Pelagic Water Systems, LLC. The combination of these two entities creates a multi-service water management company spanning services ranging from high-volume saltwater disposal facilities to permanent and temporary water pipelines.

EnWater is led by Micky Thacker, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience at Flint Energy Services, where he enjoyed a long, successful career leading operating units and was instrumental in overseeing Flint’s expansion into new geographies and additional service lines. With the addition of the saltwater disposal and related infrastructure businesses, Jason Long and Michael Reitz joined the EnWater team, bringing with them relevant engineering and operational expertise in these areas.
