Meritage Midstream Services was a provider of natural gas gathering and treating services to E&P producers in the Eagle Ford shale play of South Texas. Meritage developed two gathering systems consisting of an 83-mile rich natural gas gathering system, a 102-mile lean natural gas gathering system, two amine treating plants and multiple intrastate pipeline connections, and executed contracts with E&P companies containing dedications of more than 240,000 acres. These assets were acquired by Howard Energy Partners in April of 2012.  Meritage was headquartered in Golden, CO.
